Consolidated billing

If you have a business with multiple sites, Jacana Energy can consolidate them under a single master account, helping you to simplify your electricity costs and administration.

With a consolidated account, all your sites will be treated as one for billing purposes and you’ll have just one account number for added convenience. Note that if you currently have a number of residential and commercial sites in your portfolio, you will be given two consolidated accounts, one for your residential sites and one for your commercial sites.

Your bill

Each month, you will receive a bill containing a summary of the totalised charges on your account along with individual statements showing costs and usage for each of your sites.

You will also find a range of convenient payment options outlined on the bill, as well as tips and advice relevant to your account.
