Although we have had no confirmed report of any scam involving Jacana Energy, we would like to remind our customers to be cautious when giving out their personal details or banking information.

The Northern Territory Government advises that:
'Preliminary reports show that Saturday’s outage in Alice Springs was caused by a generation issue, which would not entitle customers to compensation.
However, a full and thorough investigation into the incident is underway and no final decision on compensation will be made until the investigation is completed.'
