Information you’ll need before you call us:
- Your name and contact details
- Your relationship to the account holder*
- The name of the executor (if it isn’t you) and their details
- The account details of the deceased person
If you need the power supply to remain on, our customer care team will guide you through the process to close the account or transfer it to another person. We'll need the executor or someone else to have an account set up in their name.
