A great place to work

As a company committed to customer-focused, forward-thinking, smart energy solutions, we are always on the lookout for motivated professionals who share our organisational goals, vision and values.

Life in the NT

Darwin Region is located in the Northern Territory, Australia on Larrakia country and is bordered by the Tiwi Islands to its north, Kakadu National Park to the east, and Litchfield National Park to the south. Highly culturally diverse, Darwin is heavily influenced by over 60 nationalities and 70 cultures, including First Nations people, and therefore offers its residents and visitors a seemly endless range of options in the arts, events, cuisine, and entertainment.

Our focus on the future

Our focus on the Territory's future of energy is an exciting and a green one, as we work closely with the NT Government and energy generators to support in achieving a 50% renewable target by 2030. Our aim at Jacana is to find smart energy solutions for our all customers, regardless of where they live in the NT, to access renewable energy.

Aboriginal Employment and Career Development

We are playing an important part to support growing Aboriginal employment in the NT. One of the ways we do this is through our commitment to applying Special Measures across all of our positions, by granting suitable applicants priority consideration in selection. The objective of the strategy is to grow and develop a strong and highly skilled Aboriginal workforce.
