We would like to remind our customers to be cautious when giving out their personal details or banking information and to report any suspicious activity.

The Jacana Energy Board has appointed Louisa Kinnear to the role of CEO. Louisa joined Jacana Energy as the Executive Manager Sales & Marketing in January 2019.

Prepaid electricity customers

Jacana Energy network enquiries - For all network enquiries including power outages, streetlight faults and tree trimming around network infrastructure.

When you move to a house with a prepaid electricity meter, you will receive a Welcome Pack with two swipe cards and a Guide To Your New Meter. The pack will also contain a Quick Meter Reference Guide to help you read and operate the meter.

Your two swipe cards are linked to the meter at your house and cannot be used to top up any other meter.

Top-up in store

When you go to a participating store to purchase your electricity credit, present one of your swipe cards to the retailer. They will process your payment, swipe your card and the credit will be automatically sent to your meter. See the full list of participating stores.
