If you’ve got a credit amount on your account, you can apply to have this paid out to you. Here's how it works:

•  If your credit value is less than $999.99, you have the option to request a refund over the phone during our business hours at 1800 522 262 or by completing the online credit refund form.
•  If you’re on the Stay Connected program, it’s a little bit different. Please call us on 1800 522 262 to talk about your options.
• For credit amounts over $1,000, please fill out the online credit refund form and we’ll get your refund to you as soon as we can.

Please be aware, bank transfer refunds take between 7-10 working days to be credited to your nominated account.
