You can add an authorised person to give other people access to your Jacana Energy account.
This can be useful if you share the cost of electricity, or if you need help understanding your bill.
Types of access
Before you give someone access to your account, you'll need to decide how much control they have.

How to give access
To give someone access to your account, either:
- email a completed Add authorised person to account form to customercare@jacanaenergy.com.au
- call us during business hours at 1800 522 262.
